Yoga days

I haven’t had the time to take pictures of my outfits (not that they’ve been any good). I’ve been volunteering for an international students program at school for the summer on top of interning. I’m quite busy to say the least.

I’ve been able to stay sane through eating healthy and doing yoga in the mornings. I haven’t been able to eat lots of vegetables outside of spinach but I have been able to incorporate fruits into my diet! I’m working on eating less for dinner but it’s a bit hard.

Yoga has been extremely rewarding lately. I haven’t weighed myself in ages but I’ve noticed a huge change in energy and my physical appearance. It seems like I lost weight but I haven’t been able to check a real scale nor do the numbers really matter to me.

A couple days ago I was able to successfully do crow pose! My boyfriend took a couple pictures today as proof. Haha!

Crow pose that has eluded me for a good year and was also the pose that got me to stop doing yoga for a while (I felt terrible that I couldn’t do it). But for the past week or so, I’ve been determined to get this pose under my belt and I have! It’s extremely gratifying and words cannot describe how utterly strong I feel when I do this pose even if I can only hold it for a couple of breaths.

I’m wearing an old basic tank from F21 and some tights from Avila I bought at Marshall’s over the weekend. I think they have really cute trim (?) around the calves. My hair’s in an unraveling bun so don’t mind that (or my messy room either).
